🏮 企劃一｜傳承的溫度：手寫揮毫，墨香迎春
春聯，是台灣過年最溫暖的視覺符號。紅紙黑字間，承載著對未來一年的祈願與祝福。旅巷延續這份文墨傳統，在大廳準備了文房四寶與紅紙。
我們不只邀請您寫下傳統的「春」與「福」，更鼓勵您結合創意，畫下躍動的駿馬。現場備有中英對照的吉祥話指引，讓來自世界各地的旅人都能跨越語言隔閡，親手完成一份屬於自己的節慶記憶。這份墨寶，是您台中旅途中最誠摯的文化紀念。
🥣 企劃二｜舌尖的記憶：好評回歸，晨間蔬食麻辣燙
「新年的第一餐，要暖胃，更要暖心。」去年春節廣受好評、讓旅人念念不忘的蔬食麻辣燙，今年正式重磅回歸！
在台灣習俗中，紅色象徵喜氣與好運。我們選用當季時蔬、飽滿豆製品，搭配漢方植物香料慢火熬製，研發出 100% 全素 (Vegan) 且無五辛 (No Alliums) 的溫潤湯底。沒有蔥蒜的辛辣，卻有著深邃的麻香層次。我們希望這碗熱騰騰的驚喜，能成為您新春早晨最溫柔的補給，象徵新的一年事事紅火、馬到成功。
🎲 企劃三｜在地的共鳴：馬上有禮，台味「十八啦！」
「十八啦」（Sǐ-pô-la）是台灣街頭巷尾最具生命力的庶民遊戲。為了讓大家體驗這份熱鬧的草根文化，旅巷準備了大瓷碗與骰子，與大家在大廳試試新春手氣。
我們挑選了代表台中精神的「在地驕傲」作為獎項，藉由遊戲傳遞這片土地的風味故事：
- 台中神醬｜東泉辣椒醬： 體驗台中人「什麼都要加東泉」的獨特飲食靈魂。
- 豐原之光｜味榮味噌汁： 支持永續旅行，感受傳承百年的古法釀造職人魂。
- 百年老店｜陳允寶泉太陽餅、香柚檸檬餅： 老店百年來堅持使用真實的好食材，品嚐台中最經典的優雅與甜蜜。
- 懷舊經典｜小林煎餅與麥芽糖餅： 重溫那份純粹且樸實的童年回憶。

【2026 Loosha Special】A Taste of Tradition: Celebrate the Year of the Horse in Taichung

As the Year of the Horse approaches, the Lunar New Year at Loosha is more than just a holiday—it is a time for cultural heritage and heartfelt connections. This year, we have curated three exclusive experiences: from the authentic flavors of Taichung to the timeless art of calligraphy and the joyous spirit of traditional folk games. We invite you to stay with us and immerse yourself in the most authentic and soulful New Year atmosphere in Taichung.
🏮 Project 1 | The Warmth of Heritage: Spring Couplet Calligraphy
Spring Couplets are the most iconic symbols of the Lunar New Year in Taiwan. The bold black ink on vibrant red paper carries our deepest wishes for the year ahead. Loosha continues this beautiful tradition by providing traditional brushes, ink, and red paper in our lobby.
We invite you to write classic characters like “Spring” (春) and “Blessing” (福), or even get creative with a galloping horse! With our bilingual guides for auspicious greetings, travelers from around the world can overcome language barriers and create their own festive memories. This piece of art will be the most sincere cultural souvenir of your journey in Taichung.
🥣 Project 2 | Memories on the Tongue: The Return of Vegan Mala Tang
“The first meal of the New Year should warm both your stomach and your soul.” After being highly acclaimed by our guests last year, our signature Vegan Mala Tang is making a grand comeback!
In Taiwanese custom, the color red symbolizes luck and prosperity. Our broth is slow-cooked with seasonal vegetables, premium soy products, and traditional Chinese herbal spices. It is 100% Vegan and No Alliums (No Onion/Garlic). Without the pungency of onion or garlic, it offers a sophisticated layer of numbing spice. We hope this steaming bowl of joy brings you a fiery and successful start to the Year of the Horse.
🎲 Project 3 | Local Resonance: “Sǐ-pô-la” Lucky Dice Game
“Sǐ-pô-la” is the most vibrant folk game found in the streets and alleys of Taiwan. To let you experience this lively grassroots culture, we’ve prepared a large ceramic bowl and dice in the lobby for you to test your New Year luck.
We have selected “The Pride of Taichung” as prizes, sharing the flavor stories of this land through the game:
