在旅巷，我們決定從數據與小細節出發，讓減碳不再是口號，而是看得見的行動。
旅巷減碳日常
- 從源頭友善大地： 我們將全館使用的清潔劑更換為具有環保標章的產品，減少化學物質進入水源，守護我們共同的環境。
- 友善循環的美味： 旅巷提供免費借用餐具服務，鼓勵大家逛手搖飲、外食時減少一次性餐具的使用。
- 縮短產地到餐桌： 早餐檯上的食材，是我們優先與在地廠商合作的成果。縮短運輸路程，不僅大大降低了交通運輸產生的碳足跡，更讓我們能將第一手的新鮮美味直接送達你手中。
我們想做的，是讓大家更直覺地了解碳排的產生量，從旅途中的點滴，一起培養碳直覺。
鳳梨芯的華麗轉身
除了營運上的調整，我們更在乎惜物。 在蜜鳳梨盛產的季節，當大家在早餐檯上享用香甜果肉時，我們會將纖維較粗、常被捨棄的鳳梨芯收集起來。
我們加入台糖二砂，經過長時間的慢火熬煮，讓砂糖的甜與鳳梨芯的天然香氣完美融合。這杯大家熟悉的古早味鳳梨冰茶，是我們不增加多餘浪費、將食材價值發揮到極致的心意。

- Shortening the Farm-to-Table Distance: The ingredients on our breakfast table are sourced from local suppliers. By shortening the transport distance, we significantly lower our carbon footprint while ensuring the freshest flavors reach you directly.

🍍 The Transformation of Pineapple Cores
Beyond operational changes, we cherish every resource. During the peak season for honey pineapples, while you enjoy the sweet fruit at breakfast, we collect the pineapple cores—parts that are often discarded due to their tougher fiber.
We slow-cook them with cane sugar, allowing the natural aroma of the pineapple to blend perfectly with the sweetness. This classic Handmade Pineapple Iced Tea is our way of maximizing the value of ingredients and minimizing waste.
